Today I talk to you about Trello boards, why I love them, and how I use Trello to work less and make more! Trello is simply a collaboration tool that helps you organize your projects and tasks. You can easily see what's being worked on and who in your team is working on what. Although there are other tools out there, I find Trello the easiest to use and I also find that most of my VAs are familiar with it. If you don't know where to start, ask your VA to set it up for you.
